Infinite, Instant & Brand New: October Product Updates

Jake Peters on

This past few months we've been working on some super exciting new HelpDocs features. We're keeping some of them under wraps for now, but I have a few awesome developments to share with you today. 🎉 Subcategory support Yep, we've added support for categories inside other categories. I have some exciting news to share with you today. We've made our first acquisition: Helpman! The story so far Helpman was a direct competitor to HelpDocs—another hosted knowledge base platform. We've been competing for just over a year now, but after looking at both our roadmaps we noticed we were working on much the same features. Customers who've created awesome eCommerce stores, fintech software, education products, business apps, and much, much more. I'm super excited to release the awesome stuff we've got in the pipeline...

Jake Peters on

Until now, making a multilingual knowledge base has been painful at best. The UX is incredibly tough to get right, and generally, it isn't right at all. That's if you've even found a provider that offers a multilingual knowledge base in the first place. Now it's all changed. Write a master copy of your docs in your preferred language, then easily translate it...
